BT Capital Partners successfully coordinated the sale transaction of Europe's largest manufacturer of decorative stone cladding solutions

BT Capital Partners (BTCP) provided exclusive advice to Modulo Decorative Solutions, Europe's leading manufacturer of decorative stone cladding solutions, in its sale transaction to Asian investment fund CEECAT Capital.

BT Capital Partners' contribution to the success of the transaction consisted in assisting throughout the transaction, from identifying potential investors, structuring the transaction, managing the competitive bidding process, assisting in due diligence, negotiating the financial terms, to the transaction documents.

The BTCP team assisting Modulo consisted of Nina Pirvu (Managing Director Investment Banking & Capital Markets), Serban Dumitrescu (Associate) and Bogdan Baldovin (Associate).
