TTS (TRANSPORT TRADE SERVICES) informs you that on 30.04.2025, the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings of the Shareholders were held.

During these meetings, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1. The distribution by destinations of the profit realized in 2024 is approved, of which the amount of 27,900,000 lei for dividends. Gross dividend 0.155 lei/share.

I.2. Setting the date of 26.05.2025 as registration date, 23.05.2025 as ex-date, 16.06.2025.
