SIPEX COMPANY informs you that on April 28, 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders took place.

At this meeting, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1. Approval of the distribution of net profit earned in 2024, of which RON 3,500,000 is allocated for dividends. Gross dividend of RON 0.00875260659 per share. I.2. Setting the date of May 16, 2025 as the registration date, May 15, 2025 as the ex-date, and May 30, 2025 as the payment date.
