SANTIERUL NAVAL ORSOVA S.A. hereby informs you that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held on April 27, 2026.

At this meeting, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1. The distribution of the net profit earned in 2025 is approved, of which 7,653,355.73 lei is allocated for dividends. The gross dividend is 0.67 lei per share.

I.2. Setting May 20, 2026 as the record date, May 19, 2026 as the ex-dividend date, and May 29, 2026 as the payment date.
