SIRM corporate event notification

SINTEROM SA Cluj informs you about the announcement regarding the initiation of the procedure of withdrawal of shareholders, ASF Decision no.799/01.08.2024

I.1. The price to be paid to the shareholders, determined by an appraiser authorized by the ASF, is 17.4062 lei per share. I.2.Period and place where shares may be deposited: In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Legislation, the existing shareholders are obliged to sell the shares held to the shareholder CONTACTOARE S.A., which initiates the procedure together with the shareholders with which it acts in concert and may notify the Intermediary, within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of publication of this announcement, i.e. starting from 06.08.2024 and until 20.08.2024 (on the chosen method of payment for the shares held, i.e.: (i) postal money order with confirmation of receipt or (ii) bank transfer to the personal account indicated by the shareholder. The notification can be made by letter to the Intermediary's address at Str. Republicii nr. 9, Focsani, jud. Vrancea, postal code 620018, by fax at the number 0237 237471 or by e-mail: contact@estinvest.ro, with the specification that the notification must be received by the Intermediary no later than the last day of the notification period, at 16:00. Information regarding the documents that must accompany the notification can be obtained from the Intermediary SSIF ESTINVEST S.A., by phone 0237 238900.
