The public offering document for the purchase of shares issued by Sigstrat S.A. Sighetu Marmatiei, initiated by Sigstrat S.A. Sighetu Marmatiei, is approved, with the following characteristics:

• The number of shares subject to the offer is 7,905,262 shares, representing 34% of the share capital.
• The purchase price is: 0.63 lei/share
• Period: April 28, 2025-May 12, 2025 Subscriptions are entered from the trading platform, under the 'Subscriptions/Add subscription' menu. On the last day of the offer period, subscriptions can only be entered until 1:00 p.m. Subscriptions within the offer are irrevocable.
