S.C. SCUT S.A. BACAU hereby informs you that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held on April 14, 2026.

At this meeting, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1 The distribution of profits for the 2025 fiscal year is approved, of which 884,052 lei is to be paid as dividends. The gross dividend is 4 lei per share.

I.2. Setting May 11, 2026 as the record date, May 8, 2026 as the ex-dividend date, and May 29, 2026 as the payment date.
