GRANITUL SA BUCURESTI informs you that on 26.11.2024, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held. During this meeting, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1. The reduction of the Company's share capital from the current value of RON 12,256,438.78 to RON 808,116.84 by reducing the nominal value of the shares from RON 5.46 to RON 0.36, by simultaneously implementing two operations, namely: a) coverage of the accumulated accounting loss as reflected in the financial statements as at December 31, 2023 and b) the distribution to the shareholders of a portion of the contributions, in proportion to their holdings in the share capital, in the amount of RON 2.10/share. I.2. Setting the date of March 27, 2025 as registration date, March 26, 2025 as ex-date, March 25, 2025 as guaranteed participation date, April 3, 2025 as payment date.
