MECE corporate events notification
Following the information issued by MF CAPITAL SA regarding the change of its stock symbol from MECE to MFC, the following operations will be performed in the BSE trading system and in the post-trading system of the Central Depository, so that the MFC symbol will be used starting on 23.02.2026: Trading schedule - BVB ▪ the MECE symbol will be suspended from trading between 19-20.02.2026, as indicated by the Central Depository; ▪ after the close of the last trading session for the MECE symbol (February 18, 2026), all existing orders in the Arena trading system for the MECE symbol will be deleted; ▪ the reference price for the new MFC symbol for the session on February 23, 2026, will be the closing price of the MECE symbol from its last trading session; the other characteristics of the MFC symbol will remain the same as for the MECE symbol (liquidity band, price variation limit, minimum deal value, etc.); ▪ starting with 23.02.2026, the issuer's shares will be traded exclusively under the MFC symbol; ▪ On February 23, 2026, the schedule of the trading session stages for the respective symbol in the relevant markets is the one applicable to those markets. ▪ The MECE symbol will be delisted, and historical trading data will be maintained on this symbol. Information related to the display on the BVB website: ▪ Starting with February 23, 2026, information about the shares of the issuer MF CAPITAL SA will be updated exclusively in the MFC symbol section on the BVB website. ▪ With the exception of the trading history and the history in the News panel, all information prior to February 23, 2026, in the MECE symbol section on the BVB website will also be included in the MFC symbol section on the BVB website (including trading charts). ▪ A note for information will be included in the MFC symbol section on the BVB website, stating that 'for data prior to February 23, 2026, please refer to the MECE symbol section on the BVB website'.
