LIFE IS HARD - Work Soft (LIH), as an issuer of financial instruments, informs interested parties about the adoption on 3 June 2024 of the Decision of the Board of Directors regarding the implementation of the share capital increase with the issuance of free shares to the benefit of the registered shareholders at the record date. The decision of the Board of Directors was adopted in accordance with the resolution of the AGM of 29.04.2024.

Thus, the Board of Directors of the Company approved:

1. The share allotment ratio is 1 newly issued share for every 3.0249 shares held at the record date.
2. The price for the compensation of fractions of shares resulting from the application of the algorithm and rounding the results to the lower integer is 2.2861 lei.
3. The registration date is 27.06.2024
4. Ex-date is 26.06.2024
5. The payment date is 28.06.2024
6. The payment date for the compensation of fractions of shares resulting from the application of the algorithm and the rounding of the results to the lower whole, according to the legal provisions in force is 05.07.2024.
