The management of Holde Agri Invest S.A. (the "Company") informs the market about the publication of the EU Prospectus for the share capital increase with cash contribution. The Prospectus was approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority ('ASF') on 07.11.2023, as mentioned in ASF Decision no. 1165/08.11.2023 Below, investors can consult the detailed timetable for the capital increase operation approved by the ASF: The newly issued shares are being offered for subscription through the exercise of pre-emptive rights by shareholders of record on the record date of 09/14/2023. For subscription of one new share, 2.535876 pre-emptive rights are required, rounded down to the nearest whole number. The price per share in the first stage has been set at 1 leu/share. Subscriptions under the Offer are irrevocable throughout the Offer period, unless an amendment to the offer prospectus is approved. Subscriptions are entered from the trading platform, "Subscriptions/Add Subscription" menu. The fee charged by the Central Depository for the processing of subscriptions is RON 27 for each instruction entered.
