The management of Firebyte Games SA (the 'Company') informs investors about the publication of the EU Prospectus for the share capital increase with cash contribution. The Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority ('ASF') on December 22, 2023, as mentioned in ASF Decision No. 1329/22.12.2023. Below, investors can consult the detailed timetable for the capital increase operation approved by the ASF: Event Date Phase 1: subscriptions based on pre-emptive rights 03.01.2024 - 02.02.2024 Publication of the Stage 1 closing report 03.02.2024 Phase 2: private placement for the remaining shares 08.02.2024 - 14.02.2024 unsubscribed The newly issued shares are offered for subscription through the exercise of pre-emptive rights by shareholders of record on the record date of 29.09.2023. Two pre-emptive rights are required to subscribe for one new share. The price per share in the first stage has been set at 0.20 lei/share. The shares remaining unsubscribed after the completion of the first stage will be offered in a private placement at an issue price of RON 0.21/share. Subscriptions under the Offer are irrevocable throughout the Offer period, unless an amendment to the offer prospectus is approved. Subscriptions are entered from the trading platform, menu 'Subscriptions/Add Subscription'. The fee charged by the Central Depository for the processing of subscriptions is RON 27 for each instruction entered.
