Digi Communications N.V., informs you that on 18.08.2023, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held. At this meeting, the Company's shareholders resolved the following: I.1 The distribution of the net profit for the financial year 2022 is approved. The gross dividend is in the amount of 1 ron/share. I.2. To set August 31, 2023 as record date and August 30, 2023 as ex-date. Dividends are expected to be paid on or around 09/14/2023.
