COMCEREAL SA TULCEA , informs you that on 03.04.2025, took place the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

At this meeting, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1. The withdrawal from trading on the multilateral trading system administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange of the shares issued by COMCEREAL S.A. Tulcea and their removal from the Financial Supervisory Authority, with the consequence of acquiring the character of a closed joint stock company. I.2. The procedure for the withdrawal from the company of the shareholders who do not agree with the decision of the A.G.E.E.A for the withdrawal from trading of the shares issued by the company is approved. The right to withdraw from the company may be exercised by the existing shareholders on the record date (11.07.2025) provided that they have held the respective block of shares and on the reference date (17.03.2025) of the A.G.E.E.A. that decided the withdrawal from trading

I.2. Setting the date of 11.07.2025 as registration date, 10.07.2025 as ex-date.
