COTE corporate events notification

CONPET SA hereby informs you that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was held on April 29, 2026.

During these meetings, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1. The distribution of net profit for the 2025 fiscal year is hereby approved, of which 46,420,754 lei is allocated for dividends. The gross dividend amounts to 5.361894753 lei per share.

I.2. Setting May 28, 2026, as the record date, May 27, 2026, as the ex-dividend date, and June 17, 2026, as the payment date.
