CONQ corporate events notification

Contactoare S.A. Buzau, informs you that on 29.01.2024, the Council of the Financial Supervisory Authority decided the following:

I.1. It is approved the announcement by which the company Iasitex S.A. together with the persons with whom it acts in concert expresses its intention to initiate the procedure for the withdrawal of the shareholders of the company Contactoare'' S.A. Buzau, at the price of 8.8934 lei/share. In accordance with the provisions of the capital market legislation, the existing shareholders are obliged to sell their shares to the shareholder Iasitex S.A., which initiates the withdrawal procedure together with the shareholders with whom it is acting in concert and may notify the Intermediary, within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of publication of this announcement, i.e. from 31.01.2024 until 13.02.2024, on the method chosen for the payment of the shares held (Notice of withdrawal of minority shareholders).

I.2. The shares of Contactoare S.A. Buzau will be suspended from trading as of 02.02.2024 at 9:45.
