CBC corporate events notification

CARBOCHIM S.A., informs you that on 28.04.2025, the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meetings of the Shareholders were held.

During these meetings, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1. The distribution as dividends of the amount of RON 5,565,659,659.06 from the net profits carried forward from previous years, representing a gross dividend per share of RON 1.13.

I.2. Setting the date of : 16.05.2025 as registration date, 15.05.2025 as ex-date, 04.06.2025 as payment date.
