Notification of corporate events BUCV

In view of the transfer of BUCUR SA Bucharest shares (ticker symbol: BUCV) from the SMT to the regulated market, such that these shares will begin trading on the regulated market on March 16, 2026, the following operations will be carried out in the BVB trading system, as follows:

▪ Trading in the BUCV security will be suspended from March 12–13, 2026; ▪ After the close of trading on March 11, 2026, all existing orders for the BUCV security in the Arena trading system will be canceled; ▪ The BUCV symbol (which has the symbol type: SHARE) will be traded starting March 16, 2026, on the REGS and DEALS markets, with a maximum price fluctuation of +/-15% relative to the reference price; ▪ The reference price for the BUCV symbol, for the trading session on March 16, 2026, will be the closing price of the symbol from its last trading session within the SMT; the other characteristics of the BUCV symbol, except as specified, will remain unchanged (liquidity band, minimum deal value, etc.).
