At this meeting, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1. The increase of the share capital by the amount of RON 10,700,600, through the issuance of up to 107,006,000 new shares, with a par value of RON 0.10 per share, as follows: The new shares will be offered for subscription exclusively to the shareholders registered in the register of shareholders kept by the Central Depository on the record date.
