ATELIERELE CFR GRIVITA SA BUCURESTI hereby informs you that on December 13, 2025, the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held. During this meeting, the company's shareholders decided the following: I.1. The distribution of the amount of 20,000,000 lei, respectively a gross dividend of 7.8374 lei/share, from the balance as of December 31, 2024, of the "Retained earnings representing undistributed profit" account to the dividend account is approved. The profit of 20,000,000 lei is related to the year 2019 (6,121,201.52 lei) and the year 2020 (13,878,798.48 lei). I.2. Setting 26 May 2026 as the registration date, 25 May 2026 as the ex-date, and 10 June 2026 as the payment date.
