ANTIBIOTICE S.A. informs you that on 01.07.2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders was held.

At this meeting, the company's shareholders decided the following:

I.1. Approval of the dividend distribution of 90% of the net profit for the year 2023, remaining after the constitution of reserves for tax facilities, respectively approval of the gross amount of the dividend at 0.0829228506 lei/share.

I.2. Setting the date of 24.09.2024 as registration date, respectively 23.09.2024 as ex-date, 11.10.2024 as payment date.
