The public offer document for the purchase of shares issued by the company ARCTIC STREAM S.A., initiated by ARCTIC STREAM S.A., is approved, the offer with the following characteristics:

• The number of shares subject to the offer is 50,000 shares, representing 1.1808% of the share capital
• The purchase price is: 23 lei/share
• Running period: 28.08.2025-10.09.2025 Subscriptions are entered from the trading platform, menu 'Subscriptions/Add subscription'.
