• The number of shares offered is 5,510,200, representing 13.7755% of the share capital
• The purchase price is: 0.1620 lei per share
• Offer Period: March 27, 2026 – April 9, 2026 Subscriptions must be submitted via the trading platform, under the 'Subscriptions/Add Subscription' menu. On the last day of the offer period, subscriptions may only be submitted until 1:00 PM.
