ALUMIL ROM INDUSTRY S.A., we inform you that on 26.04.2024, the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders took place. During this meeting, the company's shareholders decided the following: I.1. The distribution of the net profit achieved in 2023 is approved, of which the amount of 6,250,000 lei for dividends. The gross dividend is 0.2 lei/share. I.2. Setting the date of 08.07.2024 as record date, respectively 05.07.2024 as ex-date, 25.07.2024 as payment date.
