Franklin Templeton International Services S.A. R.L., in its capacity as alternative investment fund manager and sole manager (the “Fund Manager”) of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. (“Fondul Proprietatea” / “the Fund”), wishes to inform shareholders that, starting on March 23, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. (Romanian time), electronic voting is available via the eVOTE online platform for the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders ('EGM') and ordinary general meeting of shareholders ('OGM') of the Fund scheduled for March 30 and 31, 2026. Thus, Fund shareholders registered in the shareholder register maintained by Depozitarul Central S.A. as of March 16, 2026, considered the 'EGM Record Date', are invited to access eVote at https://fp.evote.ro/login to register and vote using this voting method.
