By the A.S.F. Decision no. 88/11.09.2025, the amendment to the public offer document is approved. The amendment consists in the modification of the price offered in the tender offer, from 0.80 lei/share to 0.85 lei/share, the other features of the tender offer document remain unchanged. • The number of shares subject to the offer is 954,808 shares, representing 1.00% of the share capital
• The purchase price is: 0,80 lei/share
• Running period: 05.09.2025-18.09.2025 Subscriptions are entered from the trading platform, menu 'Subscriptions/Add subscription'.
