The amendment consists in changing the price offered in the public offer from RON 0.30 per share to RON 0.33 per share, as well as in extending the period of the offer, the closing date of the offer being 04.12.2024. The public tender offer document for the shares issued by the company TURISM FELIX S.A., initiated by Transilvania Investments Alliance S.A., with the following characteristics, is approved:

• The number of shares subject to the offer is 34,201,497 shares, representing 6.9630% of the share capital
• The purchase price is: 0,30 lei/share
• Running period: 07.11.2024-27.11.2024 Subscriptions under the offer are irrevocable. Subscriptions are entered from the trading platform, menu 'Subscriptions/Add Subscription'.
