Availability of electronic voting via eVote/eVotePRO - AGM of November 20/21, 2025 FP

Franklin Templeton International Services S.A R.L., as alternative investment fund administrator and sole administrator ('Fund Administrator') of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. ('Fondul Proprietatea' / 'the Fund'), wishes to inform the shareholders that, starting from November 7, 2025, at 06:00 pm (Romanian time), electronic voting is available through the eVOTE online platform for the extraordinary general meetings ('EGM') and ordinary general meetings ('AGM') of the Fund's shareholders on November 20 and 21, 2025. Thus, the Fund's shareholders registered in the register of shareholders kept by the Central Depositary S.A. on October 30, 2025, considered as the 'AGM Reference Date', are invited to access eVote(https://fp.evote.ro/login), in order to register and vote using this voting method.
